Pas du tout le style !
Si Dave envoie niveau double grosse caisse, il ne pilonne pas frénétiquement sa caisse claire de blasts comme la nouvelle école/génération de batteurs épileptiques.
Ce groupe n'est pas du tout ma came, mais on peut saluer l'entreprise du sieur Jordison.
Dave Lombardo a été congédié comme un malpropre de son écurie.
Ce n'est pas pour rempiler avec une grosse machine.
Je souhaite pour ma part qu'il compose avec Grip.Inc un album de la teneur de Nemesis.

" Massacre sonore" , honnêtement il ne faut pas abuser ! quand je vois des types comme Fadades, tres franchement je prefère la demarche integre de Christopher .
Et puis merde les gars ! Il à 92 ans et il joue du heavy !! Rien que ça, vous ne trouvez-pas ça carrément extra ?!
Longue vie à Mr Lee, et si vous n'aimez pas sa musique ( ce que je peux comprendre hein, car ma non plus ma tasse de thé), rabattez-vous sur " The devil Rides out" ou " to the devil... a Daughter" des chefs-d'oeuvres de la hammer avec le Monsieur ;-)

Un peu des deux je pense.
J'ai l'impression qu'il a un peu trop voulu imposer son avis et qu'en face on lui a dit "FUCK OFF", d'où une sorte de divorce mutuellement consenti...
Entre lui qui dit que Slipknot ne va nulle part et d'autres qui disent "si si, on compose pour le prochain album", il fallait bien un avis tranché.

ce n'est peut être pas l'album de l'année mais quand on voit le nombre de grosses bouses qui sorte chaque année moi je dis chapeau bas au bonhomme qui affiche 92 ans et assume son chapeau ridicule !

C'est étonnant que ce soit Mental Vortex et pas Grin (plus rare et plus recherché d'occase que celui-là).
Mais je suppose que d'autres seront aussi réédités...
En tous cas, initiative sympa pour ceux qui n'ont pas encore ce CD à posséder absolument... maintenant, pour ce qui est du prix, effectivement c'est pas donné... mais au moins, on sait qu'on achète un CD officiel conforme à l'original (donc, en principe, pas de mauvaise surprise au niveau du son ou de l'artwork) et que l'argent va au groupe.
Mais je suppose que d'autres seront aussi réédités...

Fait chier. J'avais pris une claque monumentale à l'époque de Forever War et bien que n'étant pas fana de Hardcore, j'ai toujours aimé ce groupe. Leur attitude, je m'en battais les roubignoles, seule la musique comptait et malgré ce que peuvent dire certains, ils ont vraiment proposé des albums exceptionnels ...

CAVALERA CONSPIRACY vient de signer un contrat avec le label autrichien Napalm Records.
Le groupe commence à travailler sur un 3ème album studio, et voici comment Max évoque cette signature et le futur album :
"I am so excited that Cavalera Conspiracy has signed with Napalm Records. This is gonna be our third album and it's going to be a brutal grind-core style. I am already working on the riffs, and it is going to come out next year." (gardian666)
