We are happy, that we can already announce our headliner for the ninth METAL ASSAULT Festival.

After two unforgettable Gigs at KEEP IT TRUE, Seattle's finest FIFTH ANGEL recorded an amazing new album, which already tops many soundchecks in the most magazines. We are happy the band will return a third time to Europe and this time with original drummer Ken Mary!!

We can announce the Co-Headliner for Metal Assault Festival on November 1st. So be prepared. It will feature a legendary singer...

We are happy, that we can already announce our Co-Headliner for the ninth METAL ASSAULT Festival.

We are extremely proud that we could book GEOFF TATE'S OPERTION MINDCRIME with a very special old school set for Metal Assault.
Geoff will perform only songs from the EP, The Warning, Rage For Order and Operation Mindcrime.
He has a great band now and he himself is in top shape.
This will be a unique event for all the fans of his former band!!

We are happy, that we can announce the next band for the ninth METAL ASSAULT Festival.

After the godlike gigs at KIT and UTH in Athens we needed to bring back British Epic NWOBHM pioneers SARACEN back to Germany.
As you see, Metal Assault is having a more melodic direction right now and that is well intended.
Of course Saracen is a classic KIT band, but the upcoming bands will also be in the more melodic genre, because there are so many festivals for Thrash and Death Metal lately and we also want to make Metal Assault more different to KIT.
So we hope you will follow us on this too

UK Newcomers SEVEN SISTERS have released one of the best albums of 2018 and will give you all these killer tracks on METAL ASSAULT

UNIVERSE from Sweden released a real classic with their self titled debut album in 1985.
Now they are back under the new name UNIVERSE INFINITY and will of course play most songs of the debut plus some new songs!

We are happy, that we can announce the final [three] bands for the ninth METAL ASSAULT Festival:

ECLIPSE from Sweden are taking the world by storm since a few years and gained so many new fans from all genres.
They are one of the best Hard Rock/Meldodic Metal bands at the moment and we are extremely happy to present them to you at METAL ASSAULT

DOMINE from Italy are an Epic Speed Metal cult band since the Eighties and finally we could get them over for Metal Assault.

PULVER from Aschaffenburg are our local heroes and play NWOBHM inspired Metal with a drive.
They will be our Openers of the festival
