c'est tout écrit sur le site avant de commander :

Tickets bought online will be handed-out on location directly at the ticket booth and given when showing the credit card with which it was bought or ID.

--> Donc à retirer au guichet le soir du concert, sur présentation de la carte ayant servi à payer.
