Unless you’ve been living in a cave for the last month, you’ll already know that we’ve added some pretty big names to the line up for Celebrating Jon Lord. With only 43 days left to go, The Sunflower Jam team are pleased to announce that Glenn Hughes and Paul Weller will be performing at the concert on April 4th 2014.

Fans will be excited to see Glenn Hughes share the same stage as Deep Purple as they come together to celebrate the life and work of their shared friend, Jon Lord.

Hughes and Weller join Deep Purple, Bruce Dickinson, Rick Wakeman, Joe Brown, Micky Moody, Bernie Marsden, Miller Anderson, Steve Balsamo and the Orion Orchestra as confirmed acts for the big night and we hope that you can make it to share what we promise will be an amazing event.

Just when you thought all those exciting announcements couldn't possible keep coming, The Sunflower Jam are please too announce that Bernie Marsden, Jeremy Irons and Micky Moody have also confirmed their appearances at Celebrating Jon Lord.

While the set list is a closely guarded (and ever-changing!) secret, we know that the addition of Marsden, Irons and Moody will mean it will be something very special indeed.

Le concert est dans 11 jours, mais on préfère annoncer le M.C. plutôt que de se sortir les doigts et aller chercher David Coverdale, Joe Lynn Turner, Rod Evans ou Nick Simper, bravo...
Ça m'a l'air super bien barré ça encore...

Bon tout le monde s'en cogne, mais histoire de lever le voile sur l'ombre d'éventuels doutes :

- Hughes a confirmé à l'annonce de sa participation que Coverdale ne pourrait pas en être
- Blackmore a confirmé ne pas participer
- Turner étant à Stuttgart pour l'avant-dernière date de la tournée R.M.C. IV le 4 Avril ne participera pas non plus
